GENERAL POLICY

Only Dealers
complying with motor vehicle regulations of their registry may
attend A.A.A. Each Dealer must be registered with is in order to buy
or sell. All changes of ownership, authorized representatives,
banking facilities, addresses and telephone numbers must be noted
and recorded with our office at time of change. The licensed and
registered Dealer is responsible for all business transacted under
Company Name.

No retail
customers or visitors allowed. This sale is for licensed and
registered Dealers only. Unauthorized persons are not allowed on
Auction premises. Any violation of these polices could result in
temporary or permanent revocation of all trading privileges. You
must be a Dealer and registered with this Auction in order to buy
and sell. Remember anyone,
anytime, anywhere can be in the possession of a stolen car.
Detection, even by the experts sometimes is very hard; therefore,
your only safeguard is to know that the source of your cars is
reliable.

No one under the
age of 18 is allowed in the Auction. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Dealer ID Cards must be used to enter Auction grounds.

Any and all vehicles purchased and/or sold on A.A.A. premises must
be reported and transferred through the office.

After
bidding on a car with a drive, driving and paying for it, the unit
becomes “AS-IS”, the property of the buyer. Any
accepted adjustment automatically makes the transaction an “AS-IS”
transaction. Any
stipulations, promises, or guarantees made between the buyer and the
seller must appear in writing on the “Bill of Sales” before it may
become part of the transaction. The Auction assumes no
responsibility for verbal communications. All
sales canceled by mutual agreement must be reported to the office.

The
Auction does not guarantee the year of any house trailer,
recreational vehicles, antiques, motorcycles, or reconstructed
vehicles.
